How do you guys deal with meat coma or a meat hangover? I've heard it called different things. Last night I ate a good sized steak, forgot to take a picture. I woke up at 1:30 AM with my stomach in pain and my heart racing. I did not drink a ton. This has happened before, it can ruin a great meal.
