So I went to Quality Meats last night with my brother. For an appetizer we had Caesar Salad and the bacon, peanut butter and jalapeño. The Caesar salad was good although I like anchovies. If there was any anchovy paste it was pretty subtle. The bacon was great and just the right amount for 2. We both had the aged rib steak, pictured here. It was perfect!
